Responsibilities

Revived a content marketing team from the ground up, from strategy and execution to distribution and measurement.

Created FY2020 content marketing plan and content calendar, including benchmarking of previous efforts and proposed content cadence for digital-based media from owned content to social media and direct outreach.

Completed a content audit of previous materials across 12+ target  industries while simultaneously updating & rewriting target collateral.

Strategized, wrote, and launched strategic content campaigns, including: 

  • The first company-wide whitepaper-based email campaign that collected 400+ downloads in a single send;
  • A one-off email campaign resulting in $500,000+ GMV in pipeline — other campaigns of mine performed better than sales-origin versions, scheduling more meetings and furthering sales goals; and
  • Repurposing content awareness pieces into physical collateral and  shareable social posts for sales distribution.

Onboarded and trained new marketing team members, including junior marketing specialist and new content marketing manager.

Served as the content lead strategist & copywriter for a new product and services launch, including user journey development, content distribution planning & outreach, brand messaging, website copy & messaging, and onboarding content strategy.
