Developed & executed social media marketing strategies for various platforms, including LinkedIn & Pinterest. During my tenure at ISM, follower counts more than quadrupled (from 2,000 to 8,000+) organically with increased organic engagement.

Served as ISM Featured Speaker at Lausanne Learning Institute 2016 with two hour-long blended learning presentations featuring original research.

Created & presented hour-long webinars for ISM clients on social media best practices & content marketing for prospective parents & donors.

Created day-long training workshops for coworkers on social media import and use, as well as coached colleagues on consistent, effective engagement with online communities through personal thought leadership development.
