Responsibilities

Doubled web traffic and substantially increased conversions through increased content relevancy and A/B testing.

Strategized, created, and distributed the content-related elements required for a company acquisition in one month, including but not limited to:

  • Press releases;
  • Official acquisition notification letters;
  • FAQ sheets (internal & acquired clients);
  • Email campaigns, including introductions and notifications; and
  • A complete website reorganization & redesign for account-based marketing techniques, including service-based “hub” pages for targeted industry verticals.

Worked with leading industry magazine to distribute and analyze the seminal “Automotive Dealership Industry Survey 2017” (distributed June 2017) to track industry trends and gather data for internal VOC reporting. Preliminary analysis showed EWS could save $40,000 annually, vs the initial outlay of $1,500+ time spent to conduct the survey. 

Managed a monthly budget of $5,000 earmarked for content marketing  initiatives, including freelancer hiring & management, visual design elements, marketing consultations, website updates & designs, paid social media promotion, and more.

Created, ran, measured, and tested all continuous EWS email campaigns against requested KPIs. Segment-specific content campaigns received +50% open rates and CTRs for respective industries, with >45% conversion rate on landing pages.

Crafted 30+ page guides, whitepapers, and original research as part of our long term content creation and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

Garnered national media attention in industry publications and media through client-centered storytelling and public relations.

Ran all EWS social media channels, with focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. The EWS LinkedIn company page doubled during my tenure.

Rewrote & helped design sales collateral and materials, including the cold-call  email series and brochures.
